TVM.Govt employees and pensioners can check the correctness of  data uploaded in in MEDICEP website.Drawing and disbursement officers also have to check the accuracy of the data.

Spark on mobile ,the mobile application developed by SPARK development unit exclusively for government employees and teachers in the Employees can login this mobile app with their PEN number.But the employees have to register at first in SPARK with a system generated OTP.

SPARK PMU has updated a new module for General Provident fund for submitting online

application as per the G.O(P) No 9/2019/Fin, dated 12/02/2019 to Accountant General. GPF

Admission /Non Refundable Advance and Conversion application by individual employee with the proper recommendation and sanction from the Department officers concerned and this is to be pushed as online to AG‘s system. For each and every online application there is a status retained in the individual users or DDO level to know the progress of application. Corresponding sanction order details will be available in the DDO users and can be forwarded to AG for processing. Once the application processed or sanctioned from AG subsequent intimation will be available in the DDO interface.

Casual Leave& Special Casual Leave

Govt servants with no vacation period would get 20 days in a year and for teachers it is 15 days a year. Casual leave is not the right of a govt servant. Moreover this is considered as duty. Whatever may be the date of joining in a calendar year, one can have this. But it is at the discretion of higher authority. if it is not allowed, no complaints can be filed against it. The superior officer can even decline casual leave to his employees.

BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE SYSTEM WITHIN 6 MONTHS- ORDER ISSUED

Thiruvananthapuram:Within 6 months Adhaar based Bio metric attendance system should be installed in all Government Offices and Educational Institutions where salary was processed through SPARK Software. Govt issued detailed operational instructions as per the recommendation of the Technical committee constituted for the implementation of the same.
