As per the order above Government have introduced an online provision in SPARK for submission of CTC/RTC to accountant general in the case of Gazetted officers ,consequent on their promotion and transfer with effect from 01.09.2022.The existing system of sharing the details will continue for a period of three months in addition to the online system . .
