ONAM BONUS AND FESTIVAL ALLOWANCE ANNOUNCED
The kerala government announced a bonus of Rs 4,000 for the state employees in connection with the onam festival. Those government employees, who are not entitled for the bonus, would get Rs 2750 as festival allowance.
Adavance up to RS 20000 would be given to Regular employees
and Rs 6000 to part time employees.
Service pensioners and pensioners under the contributory
pension scheme would be paid a festival
allowance of Rs 1,000.

Online Provision in Spark for submission of CTC/RTC
GO(P)No.94/2022/Fin Dated 24.08.2022
As per the order above Government have introduced an online provision in SPARK for submission of CTC/RTC to accountant general in the case of Gazetted officers ,consequent on their promotion and transfer with effect from 01.09.2022.The existing system of sharing the details will continue for a period of three months in addition to the online system . .

LWA under KSR Appendix XII A / XII C - New Guideline Issued
Govt have issued Guidelines vide Circular No.74 /2022 /Fin Dated 26 .08 .2022 for sanction of Leave Without Allowances for better Employment under Appendix XII A and for visiting Spouse under Appendix XII C of Kerala Service Rule Part I.
